Job Overview

This role supervisors passionate front and back of house team members to provide our guests with great and fun R&B experiences. We bring life to our House, radiate enthusiasm in the kitchens and blast music through the speakers. Those who are a people’s person, warm-hearted and sharp and quick on your feet will enjoy the role.

Key Responsibilities

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

• Handle the dishwashing machine properly including switching on and off, de-liming, changing water and refill chemicals. 
• Process chemicals and keeps them stored safely and properly.
• Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
• Utilise all cleaning compounds, chemicals and materials safely including soaking solution, sanitiser and silver polish cream.
• Follow a daily and weekly schedule of polishing all silver items in the hotel.

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

• 1-2 work experience in a stewarding industry.

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Chinese language.
