Management Trainee Programme

Our Management Trainee programme is all about you.

Personalised according to your strengths and aspirations, the programme opens up opportunities to work across various departments and locations, in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland. After 12 to 18 months of on-the-job training, you will be equipped with a solid understanding of the hotel business and gain insight from a management perspective. If you’re looking to join a team of talents who are passionate about hospitality and not afraid to take on challenges, this is for you.
