Job Overview

This role supervise the Guest Experience team to create authentic and memorable experiences for our guests that distinguish us from other hotels. We prioritise our guests in every aspect of their journey with us. Those who are passionate about meeting new people, making a spontaneous impression, and think out of the box will enjoy this role.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a Guest Liaison Supervisor/ Assistant is all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

• Maximise guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from pre-arrival to post-departure
• Inspect all VIP rooms prior to arrival
• Greet VIP guests personally
• Review arrival lists for all arrivals; prepare and work with other departments regarding amenities and room set-up.
• Prepare requisitions for amenities on a timely basis
• Act as the direct liaison to all TUH guests, including those patronizing restaurants and events, welcomes designated VIPs and identifies possible unidentified VIPs

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

• Experience in the operations of luxury serviced apartments will be an advantage.
• Degree from an accredited university, college or hotel school preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; spoken & written communication, in both Cantonese and English. Preferably in Mandarin and other languages
• Great team player, flexible and self-motivated

• Passionate, independent & able to work in a face-paced environment
• Strong local knowledge and ability to relate with all nationalities
