This role assists a team to create unique and exceptional memories for our guests. We are committed to providing personalised and delightful services through anticipating and fulfilling our guests' needs. Key Responsibilities

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:
- Creates a great first impression to all guests.
- Manages and controls all reservations, according to hotel standards
- Updates and maintains guest database system.
- Inspects the front and back areas and makes sure all are always impeccable.
- Records guests’ preferences.
Requirements
Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:
The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):
- Minimum 2 years Food and Beverage experience is preferred.
- Form 5 standard or above. Hotel management graduate preferred.
- Computer skills: Word and Excel preferred. Good knowledge of English in speaking and writing
The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):
- Very flexible and able to adapt to changing environments and Management demands.
