Purpose of Role

As a Senior Guest Liaison Manager, you’ll work to assist and support the Director of Guest Experience and Hotel Manager in the seamless running of the department in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/ or improving turnover and profitability..

Your success: Provides supportive functional assistance to all departments; interact with guests and members of the community within the limits of established hotel and local policies and procedures. Coordinates with all departments in the hotel.

What you'll need?

  • Experience: 3 years’ experience in similar position. Good knowledge of all areas of hotel operations.
  • Education: Degree from an accredited university, college or hotel school management school.
  • Skills: Local knowledge and ability to relate with all nationalities. Effective interpersonal skill. Excellent oral & written communication, in both Chinese and English. Preferably in other languages. 
  • Personality: Very flexible and able to adapt to changing environments and management demands. Goal driven personality.
  • Extra Awesome: other languages

What you'll do?

  • Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival to departure.
  • Reports directly to and communicates with the Director of Guest Experience on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations.
  • Reports weekly accomplishments to the Director of Guest Experience.
  • Provides functional assistance and direction to all departments.
  • Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other hotel departments as required.
  • Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel.

  • Welcomes designated VIPs
  • Supervises and directs hotel personnel.
  • Assists the Director of Guest Experience/ Assistant Director of Guest Experience for special projects as requested.
