GUEST EXPERIENCE LOBBY HOST

Artsy and cool, EAST Beijing brings a hip lifestyle hotel to Jiangtai in the heart of Beijing. With an industrial chic vibe and natural tones; we offer a relaxed but stylish space to work playfully and play productively. Close to business districts and creative neighborhoods, EAST Beijing is perfectly located in INDIGO, Jiangtai to show you another side to China’s capital.  

We are looking for a Lobby Host to join our Guest Experience team. 

You can create result with us using your expertise to…

• Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests.

• Delivers and picks up guest baggage as assigned by the call centre and Front Office.

• Directs incoming guests to the check in area whilst offering to handle any luggage the guest happens to be carrying.

• Directs guest and visitors to any of the hotel’s facilities.

• Escorts guests to their rooms, explaining in house and room facilities.

• Opens and closes car doors for guests whenever the opportunity arises. 

• Loads/ unloads guests’ luggage for arriving and departing guests.

• Prevents entrance of unauthorized or undesirable persons; keeps main entrance and driveway neat at all times.

You can go that extra mile by using your skills and qualities including…

• Experience: Minimum 6 months – 1 year in similar position or fresh graduates from a from a hospitality course.

• Education: Diploma or above; Graduate from hotel school or hospitality training institute is preferred. 

• Skills: Good knowledge of food and beverage with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Personality: Great team player, flexible and able to adapt to face-paced environment
