Job Overview

This role supports the Marketing team to gain practical experience in marketing functions including Branding, Social Media, Content Marketing, CRM and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a Marketing Assistant is all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

• Assist and coordinate with rolling out campaign communications assets across different channels
• Support the Marketing team in the preparation of various marketing and presentation material
• Assist in website content upload, review and translate communications materials for marketing campaigns (English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese)
• Generate content and create layout for social media platforms
• Prepare reports to support marketing campaigns and develop dashboards to facilitate efficient data analysis for campaign performance and effectiveness
• Conduct marketing research for projects assigned
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and support ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

• Solid work experience in a similar capacity
• Social media savvy with understanding on creating assets cater to different platforms
• Degree or above in Hospitality / Marketing / Language or relevant disciplines
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and other online photo/video editing apps (e.g. Canva)

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

• Agency background
• Dynamic and outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, creative and committed to excellence. Detail-oriented, independent and diligent
• International mindset with a certain understanding of mainland China consumer behaviour
