Job Overview

This rolesupports the Legal team and provides business advice based on our legal expertise. We take pleasure in supporting various teams and guiding Swire Hotels in matters of governance, control, and new business expansion initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on new challenges and relish the opportunity to play a crucial role in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a Legal Intern is all about! Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

  •  Assist in hotel management agreement (HMA) related projects
  • Update our HMA template, including coordinating and organizing comments, drafting, reviewing, translation, formatting, proofreading etc.
  • Update our HMA repository
  • Assist in our HMA ongoing contract negotiations
  • Assist in our Contract AI project

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

• University students in Legal or relevant disciplines
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Excellent command in verbal & written English & Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

 The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

• Attention to detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
• Familiar with Excel
