This year, the hotel will continue to decorate the lobby with its sustainable Christmas Village made from recycled material. Relish the wide range of Christmas party food and desserts available for takeaway, including Ranch Raised Whole Roasted Turkey with Chestnut & Mushroom Stuffing, Gravy and Cranberry Sauce, available in two sizes, Australian Bone-in Shoulder Ham with Spiced Honey & Orange Glaze, Duck Fat Roasted Kipfler Potatoes, Honey Glazed Baby Carrots, Steamed Brussel Sprouts with Mint, Croissant Bread & Butter Pudding with Brandy Custard, Homemade Stollen with Candied Fruits, Nuts & Spices and Classic or Chocolate & Orange Panettone.

FEAST (Food by EAST)
Ring in the Christmas season with FEAST festive menus, creatively and classically prepared for your indulgent pleasure all month long. Savour an array of delectable Christmas delights of ‘Boned and Rolled’ Turkey at brunch buffet and Spiced Honey and Orange Glazed Gammon Ham exclusive at semi-buffet lunch. Guests can also have a lavish all-you-can-eat dinner buffet featuring Ranch Reared Boned Turkey Roll and Spiced Honey Glazed Australian Shoulder Ham and more. Each diner of dinner buffet can even enjoy a complimentary Grilled Maine Lobster with Chive and Lemon Butter Sauce. An array of antipasti such as sashimi, sushi and king crab legs as well as delicious desserts such as Chestnut Chocolate Log Cake and Mince Pie will also be available for guests’ enjoyment at all buffet sessions.
Festive buffet sessions are as follows –
Semi-buffet lunch is available from 12:00nn – 2:30pm on Monday to Friday in December and is priced at HK$408* per person.
Brunch buffet is available from 12:00nn - 2:30pm on 25 December and is priced at HK$688* per person.
Dinner buffet is available in two sessions: 5:45 – 8:15pm and 8:30 – 11:00pm on 24 and 25 December and is priced at HK838* per person.
Zubin Christmas crackers will be gifted to diners on 24 and 25 December to bring a joyful surprise to the festive table whilst supporting The Zubin Foundation, a charity work for Hong Kong’s marginalised ethnic minorities in mental health, support for women and girls and providing jobs and opportunities.
MR & MRS FOX
MR & MRS FOX located on the ground floor of EAST Residences at Taikoo Place is offering sumptuous festive weekday lunch and Saturday brunch in December featuring hearty iconic festive recipes, including Roasted Turkey Breast and Bone-in Gammon Ham at brunch as well as Cream of Chestnut at lunch. The highlight will no doubt be the Gammon Ham freshly carved and served at the table! Complete the feast with delightful desserts such as Pumpkin Tiramisu and White Chocolate Mousse, not to mention MR & MRS FOX’s signature Baked Alaska that adds sparkle to your holiday celebration. Weekday lunch and Saturday brunch are available from 12:00nn – 3:00pm and are priced from HK$278* and at HK$298* per person respectively.
To cater for bigger parties of 12 people or more, MR & MRS FOX welcomes orders of Roast Whole Turkey and Whole Bone-in Ham. Party order is available for dine-in or takeaway and should be placed 4 days in advance.
Sugar
Sugar is ready to keep you away from the cold winter with an aromatic Mulled Wine (HK$140*) made with Sugar’s own recipe and two new warm cocktail creations – Silk Road (HK$140*) and Sweet Encounter (HK$150*). The former is inspired by the traditional Chinese dessert Osmanthus Jiuniang Dumplings and is recreated with enhancement of plum wine, Chinese Kaoliang Chiew, and sweet taro ball for a wonderfully chewy texture; and the latter is inspired by comforting creamy corn soup, with an innovative combination of coconut oil-washed and black peppercorn-infused Yuk Ping Shu. It will be served with an irresistible slice of crispy bacon lightly brushed with Sichuan Peppercorn-infused maple syrup.
Welcome 2022 in style at Sugar’s themed night ‘Wanderlust’ and enjoy sensational entertainment including music by live DJ on 31 December. Let the rooftop bar and lounge satisfy your wanderlust with four cocktails and one shooter set inspired by countries around the world – Morocco, Mexico, France, Japan and The Netherlands. The spacious outdoor deck with Hong Kong’s best harbour views is the perfect place for countdown with your beloved ones.
Early partygoers are welcome to fancy a 2-hours free flow of red, white wine and bubbles at HK$288* from 3:00 – 6:00pm and warm up for the party with a snack platter full of Skinny Fries, Chicken Karage and Fish Tacos on 31 December. Kick off the party at 9pm until 2am, guests can enjoy drink packages with their beloved ones starting from HK$1,400*, with wines, champagne, and spirits inclusive.
