Domain brings the sustainable concept into creativity, to launch its new product – Coconut Coffee Delight

Beijing, 18 July 2022 – As one of the properties under Swire Hotels group, EAST Beijing is always be committed to the concept of sustainability throughout the daily operation. With this ideas in mind, Domain, a part café and part co-working space, has launched a new combination – Coconut Coffee Delight to let you escape from the hot weather. 

ICE BREWED COFFEE 
Coffee beans from the ASOBABGRI Women's COOP in the Huehuetenango area of Guatemala, are slowly brewed in cold mineral water for half a day to give you the perfect cup of Ice brewed coffee. The brewed coffee has a nice creamy butterscotch flavor, with hints of almond and orange. The body and acidity are medium, and it has a clean finish with a maltose like sweetness, and hints of barley. 
These coffee beans are part of a sustainable coffee series. It is certified Organic by MAYACERT and the USDA in overseas countries. They use renewable solar energy resources in the process which greatly reduces the pollution caused by carbon emissions to the environment. While the packing is eco-friendly and are all biodegradable. Also, by drink this iced brewed coffee you will be sponsoring the Dr. Jane Goodall’s Roots & Shoots in China in their efforts to educate children on the importance of being good stewards of the environment. 

COCONUT LATTE MOUSSE 
Our talented pastry chef used the idea of using coffee for the dessert and combine with a sweet coconut water as the center sitting on a chocolate crisp then covering by a coconut mousse. The coconut sweetness, the crispness of the chocolate, and the mellowness of coffee is a perfect combination. A slightly sweet coffee pairing for these hot summer months and escape the urban jungle. 

Coconut Coffee Delight will be served in Domain from daily 7:00am to 8:00pm. RMB 88* per set.
