Dean Winter on Swire Hotels’ Future

Previously the Group Operations Director, Dean Winter has now taken on the role as the new Managing Director of Swire Hotels. Dean first joined Swire Hotels in 2006 and has not only seen the brands grow from the very beginning, but has been instrumental in shaping the values and direction of the brands. 

He talks to Hotel Designs on the future of the Swire Hotels group which includes the brands The House Collective and EAST. Delving into our core values, Dean shares the importance of our people, both team members and guests, empowering our team members to make their own decisions and providing an unscripted and truly personalised experience to our guests. He also talks about the steps that are being taken to become a more sustainable company, both inside and out. The strong foundation built since the start of Swire Hotels has enabled the group to move forward and take the next step towards development in the future.
