Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a Restaurant & Bar Intern all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

• Acknowledge and warmly welcome/ fondly farewell all guests using their name
• Ensure all customer contact is handled politely and efficiently
• Work in a section of restaurant or bar under the direct supervision of a team leader and ensure all guests are satisfied and served according to hotel standards
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Management from time to time
• Take responsibility for overall cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

• Open to all nationality; Holder of Permanent Hong Kong Identity Card is preferred
• Bachelor in Hotel Management or related disciplines
• Interest in food and beverage

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

• Very flexible and able to adapt to changing environments and Management demands, able to cope with pressure
