Job Overview

This role supports the Guest Experience team to create authentic and memorable experiences for our guests that distinguish us from other hotels. We prioritise our guests in every aspect of their journey with us. Those who are passionate about meeting new people, making a spontaneous impression, and think out of the box will enjoy this role.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a Guest Experience Intern all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Coordinate luggage arrival/storage when necessary in order to keep workplace area clean
  • Liaise with other departments and outside contacts as necessary to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Familiar with property operations procedures
  • Ensure personalised service and approach guests proactively to offer service
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time


Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

  • Open to all nationality; Holder of Permanent Hong Kong Identity Card is preferred
  • Bachelor in Hotel Management or related disciplines
  • Very flexible and able to adapt to changing environments and Management demands, able to cope with pressure

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

  •  Interest in Guest Experience/ Good customer services knowledge
