House of Bars

The Middle House is located in the centre of the city, close to the bustling West Nanjing Road, with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the night view of the neon city. It’s your ideal spot for an after-work drink.

We’ve invited 3 top bartenders to create a series called House of Bars on 23 and 24 of Spetember, experience expert mixology integrating traditional flavours with artistic modern techniques. Tantalising tipples inspired by Japanese, Italian and Chinese ingredients are being whipped up at Café Gray Deluxe, Frasca and Sui Tang Shang. 

What better than to have an evening all about win? The Middle House invites three top bartenders from all over the country to bring their favourite tipple from around the world.
Fashion meets sustainability meets mixology. Starting with a complimentary welcome drink in the lobby and make something of the evening.
All cocktails are RMB 108 per glass.

In the bar area of Café Gray Deluxe, we’ve invited the Japanese bartender Takumi Hoshi, who centres on cocktails with Beam Suntory, integrating classic Japanese tastes with a twist.

Frasca invited Ethan Liu to host House of Bars, he is the beverage consultant of MILL GROUP and he will look to have his new concept in 2020. This time, he will show off his favorite spirits and bring a new interpretation.

The bartender in Sui Tang Shang is Jackwing Yao from Guangzhou. Jackwing explores traditional baijiu and traditional Chinese spirits with modern Western cocktail culture to create a new taste experience.
