Guest Bartender 2.0 Legend Series – Corbin Hsieh VS Gary Hu
The Middle House has launched a new version of their guest bartender event, calling it 2.0 Legend Series. They invite The Middle House regulars adept at mixology to create a seasonal cocktail and compete with Gary, the in House bartender.
As the guest bartender of March, Corbin Hsieh – the Chief Growth Officer of Weber Shandwick came head-to-head with The Middle House’s Head of Bars Gary. Corbin presented a Golden Pina Colada, using innovative craftsmanship to elevate this classic cocktail with a modern twist. Gray took up the challenge with his classic drink – ‘Ruby’.
At the night of the event, more than 60 guests tasted the creative cocktails created by the two bartenders and voted with cute image stickers. Corbin won the competition.
