We are looking for an Assistant Purchasing Officer / Purchasing Officer to join our Purchasing team at Central Support Office.

You can create result with us using your expertise to…

  • Support Assistant Purchasing Manager in preparing group tender document/ schedule, cost analysis report and supplier evaluation report
  • Carry out sourcing and procurement activities which are in compliance with the company policy and control
  • Liaise closely with vendors on the quality of food and beverage as well as price negotiation or comparison
  • Be responsible for incoming quality control and database management
  • Track the status of requisitions, orders and delivery for corporate office

You can go that extra mile by using your skills and qualities including…

  • 1-2 years of solid working experience in purchasing, would be extra awesome to have food purchasing experience or be in hospitality industry
  • A diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Purchasing & Supply Management
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Ability to build a positive team spirit and communicate with various parties efficiently
  • Detail-minded, proactivity, independency
  • Proficiency in PC operations and Chinese word processing
