We are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our Finance team at Central Support Office.
You can create result with us using your expertise to…
- Prepare and maintain payroll records, issue employee paycheck
- Establish accurate payroll information and provide proper withholding of required and/or authorized deductions
- Maintain accurate records on no-pay vacation, sick leave and other payroll related benefits, verify accruals to meet liability
- Liaise with concerned parties to ensure updated payroll records
- Audit paychecks and related documents, obtain appropriate approvals
- Maintain daily payroll reporting process, information, and equipment
- Handle tips on bill and prepare payroll reports in a timely manner
- Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations, ledger entries and accruals, and analytic reports

- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
- A diploma or above in Finance/Accounting, or relevant professional qualifications
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and payroll system e.g. PeopleSoft
- A self-starter who is detailed-minded, energetic, and confident
- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
