As a Reservations Supervisor, you’ll supervise junior team members to ensure they are familiar with the hotel policies and reservation procedure.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of hotel experience. Familiar with reservations tasks and its workflow
  • Education: University or post-graduate diploma or equivalent professional hotel training is required
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Personality: Outgoing and well-organised team member; Able to work independently and work under pressure; Be a good team player and build a good relationship with team members


  • Is responsible for task assignment on all incoming correspondence, reservations orders/ enquiries to all subordinates and complete job tasks on a timely manner
  • Supervise junior team members and assure they are familiar with the hotel culture and reservation procedure
  • Schedule duty roster to ensure sufficient manpower support every duty
  • Prepare pick up and morning forecast reports
  • Update room rate in all web-channels
  • Drive teamwork & maintain close communication with all departments
