Job Overview

This role manages passionate front and back of house team members to provide our guests with great and fun R&B experiences. We bring life to our House, radiate enthusiasm in the kitchens and blast music through the speakers. Those who are a people’s person, warm-hearted and sharp and quick on your feet will enjoy the role.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a Back of House Manager is all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Manage the daily operations of stewarding, storerooms, overnight cleaning and refuse control
  • Be responsible for implementing and controlling all procedures which will ensure that proper safety, hygiene and fire safety standards are maintained
  • Ensure the exemplary levels of cleanliness and hygiene in back of house, kitchen, storerooms and team dining areas
  • Direct the workflow and performance of stewarding team and outsource contractors
  • Maintain par stock of all items (including cleaning utilities, Chinaware, silverware, etc) by hotel standards and ensure breakage and wastage are kept in record 


Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

  • Minimum 7 years Food and Beverage experience, with at least 4 years at supervisory level
  • Excellent food and beverage knowledge
  • Form 5 standard or above

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

  • hotel management graduate preferred
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
