Purpose of Role
Our restaurant The Continental in Hong Kong is hiring!
As a Captain, you’ll work to assist Team Leader in day-to-day operation.

What you'll need?
Experience: Minimum 6 months - 1 year experience in similar position.
Education: Form 5 or above. Degree/ Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or related disciplines preferred.
Skills: Good knowledge on food and beverage. Good communicational and interpersonal skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage.
Personality: Pleasant, diligent and service-oriented. Able to work under pressure and shift duties.
What you'll do?
Supervises server to work in a section of the restaurant and bar.
Understands guests’ needs and delivers excellent service via effective communication with guests, kitchen team and service team.
Possesses and constantly improves knowledge of the menu and ensures all meal orders are served timely and correctly.
Assists in restaurant duties as assigned by Operations Manager, and creates a collaborating team.
Controls the quality of food and beverage served.
Takes responsibility for overall cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant.
