GUEST EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

We are looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator to join our Guest Experience team.

You can create result with us using your expertise to…

• Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
• Ensure smooth internal telecommunication as per hotel standards
• Assist guests with international calls and directory queries
• Handle guests needs or requests and reports complaints to supervisors or managers
• Attend to all guest queries and requests promptly

• Education: Graduate from technical college or hotel school is preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communications skills, outgoing and people orientated
  Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Chinese would be a definite advantage
• Personality: Creative, presentable and self-motivated with a fun and positive personality
• Extra Awesome: Very flexible and able to adapt to different situations, taking enjoyment from everyday being different
