Job Overview

A a Restaurants & Bar Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of the hospitality industry, with a focus on restaurant operations, customer service, and culinary arts. The Restaurants & Bar Intern will have the opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals and contribute to the daily operations of our dining establishments.

Key Responsibilities

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

• Has full knowledge of the menu, wine and beverage offerings including specials and promotional material.

• Keeps Restaurant Manager aware of all activities, issues related to the operation and share guest’s feedbacks.

• Makes sure that the front and back of houses are always impeccable and follows safety guidelines.

• Controls the quality of food & beverage served.

Requirements

The internship period must be at least six months.

Passionate in developing knowledge about Food & Beverage

Good communication skills.
