• Lead by example and be the role model of the team, support and motivate TMs to always strive to be better, and recognize outstanding performances
• Ensure marketing strategies are implemented, and are proactive about potential business
opportunities with good business sense
• Be a master communicator in every way: from fostering cooperative and effective communications between departments, to soliciting feedbacks from customers, to ensuring high quality of customer experience
• Adjusts to changes in market requirements and the hotel’s sales strategies to meet business needs.
• Keep abreast of developments in the field and utilize your expertise to maximize all interests of the hotel
