Job Overview

The Guest Experience Intern will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth operation of the front desk. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Delivers the promise and provides exceptional guest experience at all times.
• Meets and greets all guests and assists with registrations.
• Ensures strict control of room keys.
• Responds to the guest feedbacks and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
• Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests.
• Is familiar with the hotel’s products and services and policies; be aware of all functions and promotions held in the hotel.
• Works closely with other Guest Experience team members in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

Requirements

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves) :
The internship period must be at least six months.

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves) :
Passionate in developing knowledge about Guest Experience
Good communication skills.
