GUEST EXPERIENCE INTERN

We are looking for a Guest Experience Intern to join our Guest Experience team.

You can create result with us using your expertise to…

· Acknowledge and warmly welcome/ fondly farewell all guests using their name

· Ensure all customer contact is handled politely and efficiently

· Effectively ascertain and accurately meet all guest needs

· Meet and greet all guests and assists with registrations.

· Respond to the guest feedbacks and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.

· Verify arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests.

· Ensure all guest data is properly inputted according to the local PSB requirement.
