We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our Information Technology team at Central Support Office. This role will be on a 2-year contract basis.

You can create result with us using your expertise to…

• Develop and govern fit-for-purpose solution designs that address and prioritise business requirements, liaise with concerned parties to develop timely and cost-effective solutions and align with the architectural strategies, roadmaps and standards
• Define architecture and development standards, as well as best practices and methodologies for executing successful loyalty programs
• Conduct feasibility/POC for proposed digital solutions and provide recommendations on technical architectures, solutions and timeline of digital products to facilitate integrations, migrations and any technical connections with internal/external systems
• Assist in the prioritization of development and integration tasks, and lead the team to achieve business goals
• Contribute to the software test strategies and provide solutions or options with focus on software stability and reliability
• Partner with IT and vendors to drive all aspects of CI/CD deployment pipelines for development, staging and production environments
• Perform regular technical and quality reviews to ensure every component is correctly implemented and the technical documentation is up to date and accurate
• Coordinate and assist in product releases and provide post-launch/on-going technical support to the product/system

You can go that extra mile by using your skills and qualities including…

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in IT field with 4-5 years of experience in solution/ technical/ data architect or related roles
• A recognised University degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
• Collaborative work experience with internal and external partners such as Business Units, IT, CRM/Data, digital/SI vendors to review requirements, develop technical solutions and assess feasibility
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, .NET, or Python
• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and principles
• Experience in loyalty program platforms and solutions with strong understanding of their concepts, strategies, and tactics
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Advanced working knowledge and experience in data architecture, data modelling, data governance, metadata management
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Good presentation skill, strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skill
• A good team player and a self-starter; resourceful, energetic, innovative, and guest-oriented
• Prior experience in designing and implementing Automation solution and exposure to consulting/ hospitality industry preferred.
