Job Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to join our Procurement team at Central Support Office.

 

Key Responsibilities


Welcome to the core of what being a Procurement Assistant is all about!

 

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Provide clerical support to the Procurement team of daily operation such as supplier registration.
  • Support Assistant Procurement Manager in preparing food & beverage tender documents, and regular Procurement reports.
  • Co-ordinate closely between vendors and kitchen team on the Procurement orders and quality issues.
  • Carry out sourcing and procurement activities under supervision of Assistant Procurement Manager which are in compliance with the company policy and control.

 

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

  • 1-2 years of working experience in Procurement or merchandising, would be extra awesome to have food Procurement experience or be in hospitality industry. Fresh graduates with high potential will also be considered.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Ability to build a positive team spirit and communicate with various parties efficiently.
  • Detail-minded and positive working attitude. 
  • Proficiency in PC operations and Chinese word processing.

    The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for Procurement Officer role.
  • A diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Hospitality, Procurement or Supply Chain.
