We are looking for a People & Culture (Assistant) Manager – Learning & Development to join our People & Culture team at Central Support Office.

You can create result with us using your expertise to…

  • Lead various global learning & development initiatives and projects
  • Drive and implement brand trainings and campaign to reinforce the brand culture across the group
  • Design and deliver training programmes and learning solutions to cater the needs of hotel teams
  • Prepare annual learning and development plan and manage L&D budget
  • Support Director of People & Culture – Team Experience on succession planning, development coaching, talent development programmes and Operations Management Trainee programme
  • Work closely with hotel teams on sustainable development related projects
  • Participate in other ad hoc projects


You can go that extra mile by using your skills and qualities including…

  • Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience, preferably from hotel or customer service-oriented industry, with at least one year in a position of similar capacity
  • A bachelor degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management or related discipline
  • Hands-on experience in course design and delivery
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin
  • Strong team leader, creative approach with high adaptability, positive and fun
  • Experience in succession planning, development coaching, and running talent development programme would be a definite advantage
