We are looking for a People & Culture Intern (Total Rewards) to join our People & Culture team at the Central Support Office.

You can create result with us using your expertise to…

• Assist in benefits renewal administration (e.g. Annual Health Check, Insurance)
• Assist in the review of HR policies and guidelines
• Support recruitment function and on-boarding process
• Provide administrative support (e.g. compiling monthly reports) to the team to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in preparing internal communications and promotional materials such as posters and leaflets

You can go that extra mile by using your skills and qualities including…

• Undergraduate students from Year 1 to Year 4
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, and Chinese Word processing
• A self-starter who is attentive to details and well-organised, with a positive and flexible mind-set
