We are looking for an HRIS Manager (2-year contract) to join our People & Culture team at the Central Support Office.


You can create result with us using your expertise to…

  • Evaluate and review the functionality and features of existing HRIS for developing system requirements/specifications
  • Research and source potential vendors and review their proposals in relation to system migration implementation
  • Lead and drive the HRIS project implementation activities including milestones tracking and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage project resources and monitor system vendor deliverables to ensure that the project activities are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with functional specifications and regulatory requirements
  • Play an advisory role in the digital transformation journey and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and improve team member experience
  • Provide support in developing and deploying automated tools and dashboards on key workforce analytics
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required


You can go that extra mile by using your skills and qualities including…

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HRIS project implementation including system migration project
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Excellent analytical mindset with ability to identify issues and provide solutions
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, independent, attention to detail and resourceful
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin would be advantageous
  • Functional knowledge of key HR competencies and processes including compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, performance management etc. and an understanding of employment legislations preferred
  • Familiar with HRIS trends and system technologies
