Job Overview

 

This role supports the Operations team at our Central Support Office. We assist and collaborate with our property teams to solve operational challenges. Those who are attentive to details, possess excellent analytical skills, and thrive on challenges will enjoy this role.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Welcome to the core of what being an Operations Intern is all about!

 

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

• Assist with managing and cleansing data for Rooms, Restaurants & Bars and Spa
• Prepare & Create training guides for different operational systems
• Contribute to research, ad-hoc projects, and other assignments

 

Requirements

 

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

 

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

• Undergraduate students from Year 1 to Year 4
• Excellent command in verbal & written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and general computer knowledge. Also, a quick learner of new systems.
• A self-starter who is attentive to detail, creative, positive, and open-minded.
• A strong and flexible team player

 

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

• Experience in using hospitality systems (PMS, POS, TMS, etc.)
