We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our Marketing team at Central direSupport Office.

You can create result with us using your expertise to…

• Define, lead, and drive marketing strategy for the group, the House Collective brand and East Hotels brand; provide directions for all hotel marketing teams.
• Utilize digital platforms including owned platforms, CRM and business data to drive leads and build the branding of The House Collective and EAST hotels.
• Manage paid media agency partners and develop go-to-market strategy for Hong Kong, Chinese mainland and international market.
• Provide strategic directions and consultancy to hotel property teams on Paid Media, Content Marketing, CRM, Digital Marketing, and Brand Collaboration.
• Be the owner of digital ecosystem and responsible for driving the development of digital touchpoints such as website, app, mini program, eShop.
• Manage CRM database and lead the implementation of data-informed consumer journey and activations.
• Be the owner of customer loyalty program
• Lead group level digital transformation agenda by assuming a program leadership role for new digital initiatives.

You can go that extra mile by using your skills and qualities including…

• 12+ years marketing experience, with at least 8 years in a management role
• Extensive experience in driving successful B2C marketing strategies is a must whilst experience in growth marketing, e-Commerce, customer acquisition and conversion will be an advantage
• Solid experience in managing digital solutions/projects, including UI/UX, Salesforce, data analytics, mobile applications, etc.
• Prior exposure on the China market digital landscape will be ideal
