We are looking for a Loyalty Manager to join Marketing team at Central Support Office. This role will be on a 2-year contract basis.

You can create result with us using your expertise to….

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive member loyalty and increase customer lifetime value
  • Plan and initiate the launch of the loyalty programme to drive engagement and retention with members
  • Defines key performance targets, loyalty measurements, member recruitment and marketing strategy for the loyalty program
  • Sources, establishes and manages external partnership network to provide fit-for-purpose offerings and benefits to Swire Hotels members
  • Work closely with Swire Hotels properties to ensure the loyalty programme best practices are implemented, execution is aligned
  • Collaborate across marketing, digital and IT teams to launch the campaign and direct marketing activities
  • Drive continuous improvement of the programme through data analysis and evaluate the performance via digital tracking

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in loyalty program development and management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and different parties
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
