Job Overview
This role oversees various renovation projects and provides budgetary input for new build projects. This position is within the Project Management Team, which collaborates with key internal and external stakeholders to uphold our brand uniqueness and ensure the end-product meets our brand standard and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:
• Prepare project budget estimates for funding approval and pre-tender estimates and cost analysis for tenders.
• Manage cash flow and project expenditure against approved budget.
• Propose appropriate sourcing strategy to deliver value and cost efficiency.
• Prepare tender and manage contract documents.
• Manage the procurement, cost and contract administration processes including tendering, Request for Proposals, cost analysis, cost control, tender recommendations, award of contract and provide advice on contractual claims.
• Generate monthly financial reports and produce accurate information on cash flow.
• Co-ordinate and communicate with internal and external key stakeholders on all commercial matters.
• Establish solid relationship with external partners, vendors, consultants, etc.
• Administer payment process, variation costs, claims and final accounts.
Requirements
Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:
The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):
• Minimum 5-8 years’ relevant work experience in commercial development projects, and experience in fit out projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. Qualified members of the MRICS/ MHKIS are highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and relationship management skills. Excellent communication skills with proficient command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• In-depth knowledge of contractual and commercial matters.
• Creative, flexible, strategic-minded, attentive to detail, and an analytical mindset.
• Teamwork and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
