CONTRACT DATA PROTECTION EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a Data Protection Executive (1-year Contract) to join our Legal team at Central Support Office.

You can create result with us using your expertise to…

• Conduct data privacy impact assessment
• Maintain and update personal data inventory and data flow charts
• Handle the data retention and disposal process
• Handle data subjects’ requests and enquiries
• Support the Data Protection Officer in conducting training
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for self-assessments and internal reporting
• Review third party data processing contracts

You can go that extra mile by using your skills and qualities including…

• University or post-graduate diploma or equivalent professional qualification
• Preferably with 2-3 years of working experience with data protection and privacy, compliance, audit or information security background
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
• Great communication, interpersonal presentation skills
• High proficiency in MS office applications is required
• Being a detail-minded team player who can multi-task
• Preferably with immediate availability
