We are looking for an Assistant Purchasing Manager to oversee and coordinate food & beverage purchasing functions of hotel & restaurant orders which in line with company procurement strategies & policies at Central Support Office.

You can create result with us using your expertise to…

  • Lead the food team to improve procurement strategies & maintain appropriate levels of current stock
  • Establish & maintain effective vendor relations
  • Identify & develop reliable and/or sustainable sources of supply
  • Assist & in charge of all aspects of food & beverage procurement, contract management, supplier liaison for existing & new properties
  • Ensure efficient operation of the purchasing function; review the workflow & process for continuous enhancement of efficiency
  • Ensure that Purchase Requests & Purchase Orders are completed & handled correctly


You can go that extra mile by using your skills and qualities including…

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience gained from procurement/ purchasing field 
  • Education: Diploma or Degree holder in Hospitality / Business Studies / Procurement and Logistics or related disciplines.
  • Skills: You must have good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, strong negotiation, communication & problem-solving skills with good quantitative & qualitative analytic background.
  • Personality: If you are self-driven, independent, meticulous & analytical, then this is a job for you.
  • Extra Awesome: A flair for group tender management and data analysis is definitely an advantage.
