SEED is The Upper House’s new internal sustainable development (SD) channel, which focuses on everything related to social, environmental, and economic development.
Founded in 2019 by cousins Cara and Laura Li, MATCHALI translates matcha culture for a contemporary audience in Hong Kong, showcasing its versatility and broad range of health benefits. Using ceremonial-grade matcha sourced from a farm in Uji, Kyoto, of the same quality used by ancient monks in meditation rituals, MATCHALI combines this age-old ingredient with nature’s most potent superfoods to create drinks both innovative and traditional, that taste good and make the body feel great.
Besides Matcha and Hojicha Lattes, customers can elect for the personal experience of a Hand-Whisked Matcha that’s made to order.
